By enrolling in a BLUEGUARD ACADEMY program or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

Enrollment & Payment

Course fees are due at enrollment unless a payment plan has been arranged. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a cohort due to insufficient enrollment or instructor availability.

Prerequisites

Certain courses (Scuba Rescue Diver, Dive Instructor Development) require proof of prior certification. Enrollment may be declined or deferred if prerequisites are not met.

Refunds & Rescheduling

Cancellations more than 14 days before a course start date receive a full refund less a processing fee. Later cancellations may be credited toward a future cohort at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Water-based training carries inherent risk. Students must complete a liability waiver and medical screening prior to any in-water session. BLUEGUARD ACADEMY's liability is limited as permitted by law.
